Shipping and returns

1. Shipping conditions

General information

  • Tuli does not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online offer.
  • We are not able to redirect shipments once orders have been shipped.
  • Responsibility for the goods purchased is transferred to you upon reception of the product. Please note that if you are not the final recipient – for example in the case of a gift – the person who receive the good assumes responsibility for the goods purchased.

Delivery times

  • We deliver your product by bicycle or we ship it via Bpost (www.bpost.be). Your bottle will arrive within 21 working days (excluding holidays) from receipt of your order. However, usually the product is delivered within 6 days.

  • If we cannot deliver the product within 21 days, we will inform you. You will then have the right to withdraw from the contract, which must be notify in writing or by e-mail.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are added during the ordering process and we offer the delivery for orders superior to 110€ purchase.

2. Returns & Refunds conditions

General information

  • You have the right to terminate the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: hello@tuli-project.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please explain why you want to exchange or return your bottle and include your order number. 
  • Returns and exchanges can only be requested and made for purchases made on the online shop of tuli-project.com.
  • The returned product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product that are damaged or used will be refused. The product must also be in the original packaging.
  • Tuli cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return or exchange shipping.

Your order does not match what you have received

  • Should we accidentally send the wrong product colors, we will be happy to exchange them for the right ones. If the correct products are no longer available, you can either choose another item in stock – at the same price as the original order – or request a refund. In the event of a refund, we will reimburse you for all costs (including shipping costs).

You have received faulty goods

  • Certification food grade in Belgium for the bottle
  • Rarely, a defect may occur in the goods we ship. If you receive faulty goods, we will be happy to exchange or refund them. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
  • Once the good is returned Tuli reserves the right to evaluate the resale ability and/or authenticity of the customer’s claim in the event of a defect or error in the good shipped.
  • Any cost incurred by the return of defective products will be refunded by Tuli if the claim is accepted. However, you agree to avoid unnecessary costs by choosing the shipping method accordingly.
